Naila M. Aftab received her undergraduate degree from Lewis & Clark College, finishing with two bachelors degrees one in Political Science & another in Psychology. She then graduated from her Alma Matter with a Juris Doctorate in 2004.  She was admitted to Massachusetts State Bar in 2005 and has been recognized as an attorney in Michigan since passing the Michigan State Bar Exam in 2019.

Naila M. Aftab practiced at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP in Boston, Massachusetts before moving with her family to Flint, Michigan in 2009.  She joined Eric J. Mead PLLC in 2017 as a legal assistant and then a lawyer in 2019.  She works within all forms of Elder Law and Probate Law including Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Guardianship, Conservatorship, Trustee Services and Government Benefits Planning.

Naila M. Aftab is a member in good standing with both the State Bar of Michigan, the State Bar of Massachusetts and the Genesee County Bar Association. She is also an active member of the Probate Section of the Genesee County Bar Association.

Ms. Aftab is fluent in Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi
